Chef Jean Estinfort was raised in Paris, France. At 18, he decided to pursue a culinary career and went on to work for more than 10 years at some of the best restaurants in Paris, including Les Quatre Saisons, The Sir Winston Churchill, Le Ritz, and Le Café La Jatte.
His mother, who is from Haiti, inspired his love of food with home cooking that blended Creole and French cuisine. That mix of French technique, Caribbean soul, and genuine hospitality is at the center of the Gourmet Crepes experience.
The philosophy is simple: authenticity, passion, and love, brought together to create memorable French-inspired cuisine and top-quality service.
